What do you have to do after breast augmentation surgery to make the shape firm?

This is our patient who had breast augmentation one month ago.

Motiva implant 285cc was implanted on both sides and now her bra size is full 65-70C or 65-75D. She told us that there is no pain at all, and her breasts are getting smoother and smoother.
