If the skin is pushed by the implants,
it can cause both the upper and lower parts to stick out.
In such cases, this is a temporary upper bulge.
As the skin stretches over time, it usually improves.
How can we distinguish between a temporary and a permanent upper bulge?
High Starting Point of the Chest: If the starting point of the chest is too high, the implant is placed too high.
Distinct Boundary of the Bulge: If the boundary of the bulge is very defined, it means the implant space is too narrow.
Temporary upper bulges tend to improve over time,
usually within six months.
Comparing the shape in the first and second months and
