Introduction: Hello! In mid-May, I had a total mastectomy on my right side and extensive resection on my left side. 

After two months of minimal progress, I underwent nipple surgery on July 5th.

Pre-Surgery Condition:

• Before the procedure, I wore a special compression bra.
• My left side had scars from the extensive resection, while the right side had scars from the mastectomy.

Surgery Process:

• Upon visiting the hospital, pre-surgery photos were taken.
• The doctor examined and designed the surgical plan.
• The design included areas for future nipples.
• A numbing cream was applied to the surgical area, and after 30 minutes, the procedure began.
• During the surgery, they matched the color of the left nipple to the right one.
• The procedure took about 10 minutes, after which they applied ointment and a bandage.

Post-Surgery Care:

• I took antibiotics for 3 days and applied ointment for a week.
• A week later, I took selfies to compare the color and check for any need for retouching.
• If no additional surgery is required, the final check-up will be after a month.

Post-Surgery Impressions:

• The after-surgery photos show some minor differences in color, which is expected.
• The inner part under the bandage shows a slightly different color.
• I was told that the darker part will become the future nipple.
